Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Our basis for processing personal data is that we should be able to help you as a customer with your trip and stay in Nerja / Spain. In order to do so, we ask for the following information when booking: Name, email address and telephone number of those who are the company's contact persons and those who are to travel. We may, in addition to the above information, also need to process other information we may receive from you, such as e.g. special dietary requirements. When renting accommodation in Spain, according to Spanish law, the guests' passports must be copied and registered for everyone over the age of 16 by the person responsible for the accommodation. The paper copies must be kept for 3 years and kept locked until they are destroyed.

 

Transfer of personal data / Protection of personal data

BOKANERJA SL is an independent Spanish travel agency with Swedish owners, the main owners are Timo Trolin Blaesild and Tuva Bojstedt through the company MTC AB. Partners and suppliers such as airlines, train operators, hotels, etc., may have access to your personal information. All parties process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

 

Storage time and cleaning

BOKANERJA SL only saves your personal data for as long as is necessary. Company information is saved to handle invoicing in a smooth way. Personal traveler profiles are created in our booking system to simplify the booking process and minimize typos. Once you have subscribed to our newsletter, the information is retained until you choose to unsubscribe, which can be done with each newsletter sent out. Mail is cleaned continuously or at the latest continuously after 12 months.

 

Correction / Request for deletion / Extract / Complaint

BOKANERJA SL will, at your request or when we discover it, correct or delete incorrect or incomplete information. You also have the right to receive an extract that shows which personal data about you is being processed. Requests for extracts must be made in writing to us at the address given in the preamble above and must be personally signed by you and contain information about your name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address (used in communication with us).
