Welcome to join us at wonderful Nerja this autumn, for a week of HoliYoga, MediYoga, Kundalini Yoga and meditation / mindfulness!
It will be a wonderful extension of the summer with time for yourself and your health through daily yoga and meditation, sun, heat, lukewarm sea baths, exciting excursions, cozy restaurants and warm community. This week can give you new energy for autumn and winter, new insights, the opportunity to stop and reflect, inspiration for a healthier lifestyle and new good friends.
For the third time, we are arranging this yoga trip in Nerja and we are turning to you as a yogi from before and who are looking for specialization in yoga.

- Flight T o R with SAS, Saturday 18/9 from Arlanda, return Saturday 25/9 from Malaga, a total of 7 days.
- Transfer by bus to and from the hotel.
- Accommodation in a shared apartment at the apartment hotel NerjaLuna, centrally located in Nerja, including breakfast. 2-3 people live in the apartments.
- 11 yoga sessions, of which 6 in the morning up on the roof terrace and 5 in / evening sessions in the meeting room at the hotel.
- Tapas and cavam gel on the evening of arrival at the hotel
- Day trip to the wine booth Haza del Lino in the Alpujarras area, with guided tours, wine tasting and lunch
- Closing evening with Flamenco show / try-on
Price total 1270 Euro, supplement for own room in shared apartment 125 Euro. There is the possibility of self-catering in the apartments. Supplement for own apartment subject to space 250 Euro.
